Do I need to be technical?
No. You never touch a terminal. We handle the entire installation and configuration. You just need to be available for a 30-minute handoff call.
How long does setup take?
Most setups complete same day. Remote setups typically take 2–4 hours. Hardware-sourced setups ship within 3–5 business days.
Can you set up a Mac I already own?
Yes. We connect via Tailscale for remote configuration. You install Tailscale (takes 5 minutes), share access, and we handle everything else.
What if I need a Mac?
We source Apple hardware at retail cost — no markup. We configure it completely before it ships. You receive it login-ready.
What models do you install?
It depends on your hardware. A Mac Mini M4 Pro with 24GB RAM gets different models than a Mac Studio M4 Max with 128GB. We select the best fit for your RAM and use case.
Is this really private?
Yes. Models run entirely on your hardware. Nothing leaves your local network. There is no cloud component — no API calls to Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google.
What about HIPAA and attorney-client privilege?
We configure local AI so your data never touches the cloud — full stop. For regulated industries, we provide documentation detailing what's installed, where data lives, and what leaves the network (nothing). Whether that meets your specific compliance requirements is a decision for your legal or compliance team.
What if something breaks after setup?
Support plans are available. $60/month for individuals, $119/month for organizations. Includes ongoing Tailscale access, model updates, framework updates, and direct support.
Can I switch frameworks later?
Yes, for a reconfiguration fee. Most customers find the framework we recommend works well, but if your needs change, we can adapt.
