Maai® Machines is operated by 2555 Ventures LLC, based in Savannah, Georgia. This policy explains what maaimachines.com collects, how we use it, and your choices. It covers this website only. Client engagements are governed by their own written agreements.

What we collect

Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, the site that referred you, how far you scroll, clicks on links to other sites, and clicks on certain buttons, such as “Book a free call” and the pricing options. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. We do not use it to identify you.

Information you give us. When you book a call, Google Calendar appointment scheduling, operated by Google, collects your name, email address, and anything you enter in the booking form. When you email us, we receive your address and message.

Technical data. Our host, Vercel, processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

To understand which pages and offers are useful, improve the site, respond to you, run the calls you book, and keep the site secure.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for targeted advertising. We do not use Google Analytics advertising features.

Who processes it for us

Google (analytics through Google Analytics, scheduling through Google Calendar appointment scheduling, and email through Google Workspace) and Vercel (hosting). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_NV0Q1ZY42E, which last up to two years. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on.

How long we keep it

Google Analytics data is deleted after 14 months. Booking and email records are kept while we work together and deleted on request.

Your choices

Email connor@maaidesigns.com to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. We respond within 30 days. If the law where you live gives you additional rights, contact us and we will honor them.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

When we change this policy, we update the effective date at the top of this page.
