During the setup process, we access system configuration files only — specifically: Tailscale configuration, Ollama settings, and agent framework configuration files. We never access, read, copy, or transmit your documents, AI conversation history, personal files, email, or any other user data. Our access is limited to what is necessary to install and configure the software.
3. What We Retain
After your setup is complete, we retain your name, email address, and a log of the services performed (what was installed, when, and on what hardware). We do not retain your documents, AI conversation history, or any personal files. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party.
4. How We Use It
We use your contact information to provide services, communicate about your setup, and follow up about support. We may occasionally send you relevant updates about our services. You may opt out of communications at any time by emailing connor@maaidesigns.com.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Formspree to process form submissions on this website. When you submit a form, your data is transmitted to Formspree's servers for delivery to us. Please review Formspree's privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.
